What: .An innovation platform
We are launching an innovation platform with the City of Malmö and Innovation Skåne. Our ambition is to turn cities into transformation hubs for the larger food system - bringing actors together to innovate around models, technologies, and business models for regenerative urban food production and distribution. The goal is that ten years from now, a third of the food eaten in Malmö should come from Malmö - if Malmö can make that happen, then others can follow. The initiative is funded by Vinnova, the Swedish innovation agency.
Within the project we created a workshop material to trigger discussions on the current food system. The workshop is used as a starting point for innovation to create system change in the food industry. We invited different stakeholders and organisations to a workshop series. The workshops were highly appreciated.
