Client: Munters climate solutions
Problem: .Munters contacted Designit to help them design their customer portal. We started with an explorative research phace. When talking to Munters customers it became very clear that there were areas in need of improvement in the overall customer journey. 
Solution: .With clear focus on customer needs and behaviors we created a vision for the customer portal including a connectivity platform. By making the platform connected, data from the climate system can be used to for example reduce energy consumption and predict maintenance with was something the customers mentioned as biggest challenges.
The research also discovered a need for a more innovative and customer-centric mindset in the organisation. We conducted learning sessions in Design Thinking and customer-centricity for different teams within the organisation. The work we did for Munters became the staring point for a more customer centric way of working in the organisation.
