Client: CoLooc AB
Problem: CoLooc is a digital start-up company that works with innovations for digital theft protection. One of their latest innovations is a small beacon that sends information to a mobile-app and that way can help keep track of your things. They asked Myra to help them with the Brand Strategy, UX design and overall user experience for their new mobile-app.
Solution: By positioning the CoLooc beacon on the item you want to protect, you will be informed directly if it moves via the mobile-app. You can always see where your item is located on the inapp map.
Process: By positioning the app towards early adopters in families and urban couples we had a clear target group. We involved the users from start in the project and had co-creation workshops to find out the needs of the target group. We performed a test pilot of the app and created a community of users that were happy to give us feedback on the user experience and help us developing the app further into our next step of development.
