Client: Olink, a rapidly growing biotec company
Problem: Olink is a biotec company they have started their journey from being a fast growing start-up to a Though Leader in the proteomic industry.
Solution:  Olink needed to change from beeing product oriented to customer oriented. We created their new web based client platform around customer needs and conversions.
Process: We started with a series of workshops to understand the organisation and their customers. We did journey mapping and positioning workshops together with the stakeholders. In close cooperatton with the Olink management team we developed a webapplication with the customer need i center.
Modular and flexible page templates give editors complete freedom to customize the layout. We also worked with the entire flow including navigation, moving material and contact forms to optimize the experience for the visitor and generate maximum business value for Olink.
